Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

How to start a return 

Email shantelachebe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions once approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (magnesium spray, gua sha tools that have been used) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
