Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships.
Shipping times and rates (UK)
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): £3.95, free on orders over £35
- Express shipping (1–2 business days): £7.95
International shipping
We currently ship to UK, Ireland, EU. International orders may take 7–14 business days and customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [support email].
Lost or delayed packages
Rooted Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once a package has shipped, but we'll help track down any lost order and work with you on a resolution.
